Return Policy

Versable Designs values our customers' satisfaction and we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned. Below outlines our Return and Refund Policy:


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Please note that due to final clearance, hygiene concerns, and for other reasons, some items are non-returnable. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their respective product pages.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns should be sent to the return address provided in the return instructions provided in the email response from our support team.


Restocking fees only apply to returns from buyers remorse. The restocking fee will be 15% of the cost of goods.


Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
